The decision to deny a financing application is always taken by two representatives of the Foundation board. The full Foundation board adjudicates all requests of the RFF at regular Foundation sessions and, in order to do so competently, it is important that all application files are complete and are submitted by one of the following closing dates:

• January  31st
• May 31st
• August 31st
